Description |
One brown glass whiskey bottle from Frankfort Distilleries. The bottle has a large brown metal cap and is greatly embossed with images of roses, leaves and vines on the front and back body. There are the remnants of a broken seal on the front neck, one paper label on the front body and two metal labels on the back body. The top of the cap contains text, as does the bottom of the glass bottle. Cap text reads: "Frankfort Distilleries / Louisville / KY. / Baltimore, MD. / Incorporated". The seal remnant is red on a white field and reads: "1 Pint". The bottom of the glass text reads: "T.M. Reg. U.S. Pat. Off. / = 284 / Pat. Pending". Front label text is gold on a black field and reads: "One Pint 90 Proof / Whiskey / A Blend / Blended and Bottled Mar. 1934 by / Frankfort / Distilleries, / Incorporated. / Baltimore, MD." First back label text reads "One Full Pint" in black letters on a gold field shaped like a scroll. Second back label text reads: "Four / Roses / Whiskey / A Blend / An alcoholic stimulant made from / the fermented mash of grain". |
