Two wooden nail buffers used at Mary Elizabeth "Kay" Gamber Carter's salon. Buffers handles are composed of black painted wood; the buffer itself is composed of layered Chamois leather, held to the wooden base by a tin-plated copper band. Each buffer is worn from use. The larger buffer (A) is 7" x 2" x 1"; the smaller buffer (B) is 5.25" x 1.75" x 1" |
